Return Policy

Our policy is valid for 7 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you an exchange if 7 days have passed after your purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for an exchange. Additionally, it must be in its original packing with original tags still attached. 

The cost of shipping is not refundable.

There are some products that cannot be returned. Intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are not acceptable products.

We need a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to execute your exchange.

International orders are not eligible for refunds.
Please don't return your purchase to the merchant.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your exchange once it has been processed and inspected. Additionally, we will let you know whether or not your exchange was accepted.

If your exchange is accepted, it will be processed and a gift card for the value of the returned item will be given to you.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only items with standard prices may be exchanged; however, items purchased on sale cannot be refunded. Items on sale are final.

Defective Items (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email at waqt.customercare@gmail.com if you need to swap it for the same item.

Gifts
You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you directly. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item has been received.

We will send the present giver a refund and let him know about your return if the item wasn't identified as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
